Check for plumbing leaks in areas of the bathroom and kitchen Flush toilets and run the water in sinks Check to ensure appliances are operating efficiently Check for signs of mold and mildew Check for any visible signs of rodent and insect infestation Check for obvious damage to the interior of the house Water plants Activate at least two light timers and reset during power interruptions Start motor vehicles Photograph interior and exterior of home weekly Check interior humidity and temperature Provide a security survey of the interior

Our Standard Plan- Exterior Check for visible signs of forced entry around doors and windows. Check that home services( ie.lawn, pool and repairs) are being performed satisfactorily. Check on the exterior condition of the home Check for any obvious storm damage to the house Check for signs of rodent or insect infestation Check for any obvious damage to the sprinkler system

Additional Services  (for an extra fee) Follow up with home services ( ie. lawn ,pool) to ensure the work is performed satisfactorily Liaise with local police regarding false alarm reports.
