Standard Plan- House This service is for a home 2,800 sq. ft. or less (larger home maybe additional) $25.00 per visit . (Monthly $85.00 for once a week visits) Standard Plan –Condo This service if for a condominium 2,500 sq. ft or less $20.00 per visit (Monthly $75.00 for once a week visits) ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Lock-out Service (For Weston and Bonaventure residents only) This service is to open the house if you are locked out. First time is free ; $20.00 charge for additional visits. Accordion Shutters Only Closing and Opening of Shutters $60.00 (12 window shutters) Other additional services (which would require an estimate) include allowing entry of a repair person. In these type situations, M & K can either stay until the work is finished or return later and lock the house/condo. A repair follow-up visit and report to the homeowner to ensure the job is done correctly can also be performed for a nominal fee. |
