M & K is a professional home watch service dedicated to serving the Weston, Bonaventure and
surrounding areas in Broward County as well as southern Palm Beach County . We will check
your property while you are away either for a brief vacation or for the season. We are a small
family owned and operated business which allows us to provide a more personal touch. All the
work is done by the owners ensuring the highest quality of service. Retired from the FBI with
over 30 years of combined local and federal law enforcement experience and nearly 30 years as
homeowners, we can be trusted to do the job right. We offer a standard plan as well as a
more personalized service plan depending on your preferences or situation.
Our service would typically include a walk around the property and a walk through the interior of
the home. This service can be performed weekly , bi-weekly or monthly.
